Electrilite, LLC offers a 30 day refund policy on all products. This policy includes:
• For all Electrilite, LLC customer orders, we offer a 30 day refund policy.
• Electrilite, LLC does not offer refunds for shipping and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of product.
• Refunds are paid by check or credit card reimbursement within 15 days of receipt of returned items.
• All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. Canadian and International returns are to be insured for tracking purposes.

Shipping Policy

Electrilite, LLC makes every effort to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. For this purpose we have chosen USPS as our delivery provider. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days.
